Bought pre-construction, the builder allowed the homeowner the chance to customize their condominium. We were able to modify the unit from a 3-bedroom to a 2-bedroom layout, which opened up the full view across their 600sf terrace. The homeowner took the credit on as much as possible, including: lighting, plumbing, cabinetry, hardware and finish materials, This allowed a true customization of the suite and made it into a one-of-a-kind property.
